BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Thursday, 9 April 2026 – The Religious Directorate of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JAMA'AT) organised a Talk and Demonstration Programme on Solat Khauf (prayer during times of war) for students of Sekolah Ugama Rimba, Brunei III Area. The programme was held at the Kolaboratif Hall, Rimba Secondary School.
The programme was attended by teachers and students of the school and aimed to provide exposure and deeper understanding of Solat Khauf, including its methods and procedures of implementation in specific circumstances.
The talk was delivered by Mohammad Fahmi bin Haji Matnor, Religious Officer of JAMA'AT, who elaborated on the theoretical aspects and significance of Solat Khauf within the framework of Islamic teachings. This was followed by a practical demonstration session led by 1529 Lt Shaikh Sharul Azhar bin Shaikh Haji Ahmad, Assistant Officer of the Religious Training Branch (CLA), JAMA'AT, together with JAMA'AT personnel.
Students were also given the opportunity to participate in practical exercises of Solat Khauf using several methods, namely Zatur Riqa', Asfan and Batnun Nahli. To further reinforce their understanding, an interactive quiz session was conducted to assess their comprehension of the topic presented.
The programme continued with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to JAMA'AT personnel, officiated by Yang Mulia Ustazah Hajah Rohayati binti Haji Hasan, Headmistress of Sekolah Ugama Rimba, Brunei III Area. The event concluded with the recitation of the closing prayer.
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Khamis, 09 April 2026 – Program Ceramah dan Demonstrasi Solat Khauf (Sembahyang dalam Peperangan) telah dilaksanakan oleh Jabatanarah Agama Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (JAMA'AT) bagi pelajar-pelajar Sekolah Ugama Rimba, Kawasan Brunei III telah diadakan di Dewan Kolaboratif, Sekolah Menengah Rimba.
Program tersebut telah dihadiri oleh para guru dan pelajar sekolah tersebut yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pendedahan kepada para pelajar tentang Solatul Khauf, termasuklah menerangkan beberapa kaedah dan tatacara perlaksanaannya.
Ceramah telah disampaikan oleh Mohammad Fahmi bin Haji Matnor, Pegawai Ugama JAMA'AT, yang menghuraikan aspek teori serta kepentingan Solat Khauf dalam konteks syariat Islam. Seterusnya, sesi demonstrasi praktikal telah diketuai oleh 1529 Lt Shaikh Sharul Azhar bin Shaikh Haji Ahmad, Penolong Pegawai Cawangan Latihan Agama (CLA), JAMA'AT, bersama anggota JAMA'AT.
Para pelajar juga didedahkan dengan membuat praktikal Solat Khauf menggunakan kaedah Zatur Riqa', Asfan dan Batnun Nahli. Bagi mengukuhkan kefahaman, sesi kuiz interaktif turut diadakan bagi menilai tahap penguasaan pelajar terhadap topik yang telah disampaikan.
Majlis kemudian diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil penghargaan telah disampaikan oleh Yang Mulia Ustazah Hajah Rohayati binti Haji Hasan selaku Guru Besar Sekolah Ugama Rimba, Kawasan Brunei III kepada semua anggota JAMA'AT yang terlibat dan diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Penutup.
